1st you should try to append --erase-user-data=secure to end of your flasher command if you haven't tried it yet.
Please make sure your device is properly powered OFF prior to connecting the USB cable. You can power your device off by holding down the power button for 8+ seconds. Flashing your device will erase all data and reset the device back to factory state. Please make sure you have backups of your data before proceeding with flashing. If flashing does not start disconnect the USB cable from the device, make sure the device is OFF and then reconnect the device with the USB cable. For first flashing you may need to repeat this a few times. Depending on amount of data to be securely erased, the erasing may take as long as 30 minutes until the flashing starts.
