Thank you. I'd seen some 64 GB SDHC cards listed at NewEgg, but apparently an error was made in the listing. Assuming the photos are of the actual product, the writing shows that they're actually SDXC.

The point I'm getting is that the SDHC spec only goes to 32 GB?

In the meantime, the communication with SanDisk is resolved, reasonable, & I think it could not have gone better.
We can proceed in providing a microSDXC Ultra 64GB card as a replacement, however please not, that since the card is not supported by the specific phone, if the card has issues again we won’t be able to replace it again for you since you will be using it to a non-compatible device.
