First, it is not necessary to be MC e.V. member to be in the council, altough it probably would be nicer. But no requirement.

Second, the personal data of the applications will be reviewed by Board when approving members, and the date is confidental. It will not be used for any other purpose except member validation.
I will have to check on what are the exact protection methods from Chemist who handles the applications, but there are also EU and German legal requirements on maintaining such a register.
