How do you put in a reply to the operator? Is it what the chain does? I.e., to query the balance I need to dial *102# that's easy, put that into the config. Then the operator sends back a menu, in which I need to select the 1st option, i.e. 1. Should I put 1 into the chain box, or echo 1, or it doesn't work yet, or how?
