I don't think any NDA can forbid Jolla to document their own device. The partition table gets disclosed anyway by selling it, see above nieldk for evidence. Jolla could definitely tell same thing you could, without breaking any NDA. Probably even more. Like "this partition contains stuff of Qualcom you better don't touch", "this is a bootloader partition and has nothing unusual, you will find similar partitions on a lot of other phones" etc
