On the N810, right? I tried that, wasn't sure how long I should hold it, didn't seem to work.

Thanks, at this point I am willing to try anything.

I dusted off my old WinXP system just to try it, it complained of not being to find the libUSB driver, my Windows 7 machine found it all by itself. Not sure the different Windows OS would make any difference to the basic flashing issue.
