I got it to work, just copied the content of the directory to /opt/usr/share/themes/beta_blue and not to /opt/usr/share/themes/beta_blue/beta_blue also i got the icon pack used it's the AwOken theme pack applied by theme customizer still i need to find the wallpapers used, any suggestion ?
