It's not really time, but it was in the scene where the rich dude gets into helicopter to call Sam. It's closer to the end, maybe 30 minutes from the end. It was very quick. Sam was holding X7 during that. But it wasn't the N950 as we know it now, it was the "first" one that was leaked earlier this year in silver. Not the black one.
longest 30 minutes of my life, but I confirm. He does not use the keyboard though. Shame to use a N950 just to make phone calls, even if it's from a helicopter.
