It finally worked, Alecsandru and som3a are the one you should say thanks.
You must have rootsh installed or else this will not work!!!!
1. Open X terminal.
2. Write sudo gainroot.
3. Write apt-get update (wait until updating is finished, takes about 30 sceonds).
4. Write apt-get install -f.
5. Write apt-get install liblocale-gettext-perl.
6. After that, you have some code writing on it's own and at the end of it, it's asks you to install it, write y (for yes).
7.Wait until it finishes and the install catorise.
