I don't want to fall asleep at the screen so whatever helps me to stay awake is good.
it's not about falling asleep at the screen it's about a more pleasing screen for the eyes at night time (edit: coffee helps stay awake too but you're better off having some horlicks, do you understand?).

where I live it can get dark at 6pm, and adjusting the blue off these screens is much nicer mostly if it's only for reading or writing
