Someone's gotta ask this eventually... Has anyone found anything?

I suppose realistically it'd have to be a 'sock style', but if I can find something with a flip front that either (somehow!) lets me still use the keyboard, or just lets me lift the whole thing out easily when I need to, I'd prefer it.
