I would not say it is necessarily a bad thing, although it makes some jobs that little harder for you when you have to explain something to a dummy who only understands pretty pictures.
maybe YOUR visual intelligance is more suitble for machines and robotics less for musseums and humanity. Does that makes you dummy ?
