To get a list of all available APN/ connections through X-Term:
gconftool-2 --all-dirs /system/osso/connectivity/IAP

To get all settings for a certain APN/connection:
gconftool-2 -R /system/osso/connectivity/IAP/TheNameOfYourAPN
