Feature phones COULD have been good revenue if they were designed and marketed right but, more importantly, Microsoft couldn't convince people that their disease-ridden, half-assed operating system was something people would want or trust on their phones--especially after screwing past customers repeatedly with every new iteration. Good riddance.
