thank you guys
i have noticed some errors during the auto-install
like can't find the maemo-multiboot and kernel-multiboot
so i downloaded them manually before running the autoinstaller
and tadaaaa its finally working
* maemo is booting well
* nidroid is good too but it reboots every 3 min
btw the mmc is out
