You can change repositories in HAM by starting the application, then tapping the title (Application Manager), then tap Application catalogues. These are your repositories. Then walk through all three Nokia repositories (Nokia Applications, Nokia System Software Updates and Ovi if correct) and for each of these change the web address field to point to the mirror you just posted instead of the original downloads.nokia.com.

Same principle applies tie FAM, except here you go directly to Manage Repositories. You will see the same list of repositories/catalogues there.

Edit: Seems like the 'Ovi' repository is not present on the mirror.

Edit: Editing the repositories in FAM works fine, but I couldn't edit them in HAM (couldn't edit the fields ) so I just added 2 new repositories linking to the mirrors.
