Wow.. And people call me a hot head? I don't think he's scheming... I think he may legitimately have a valid source. Maybe a group that buys old lots of unsold merchandise from retailers. He may simply not want to divulge it until he's had a chance to order for folks here, so there's not a run on them by posting in a public forum. That could also explain the limited delivery range.
