The problem is... ungluing glass from the digitizer and gluing a new glass onto digitizer is not an easy work. Not for inexperienced hands, at least... Did you try to ask at a local mobile phone repair shop if they can do it? They are more likely to have the experience with iPhones, probably - but at least, they have proper tools for that, hopefully... Best wishes.
