I dont know where are you from... i see pakistan in your profile... if you realy live in pakistan and you have 60kbps in wi-fi is not so good connection !!!
I am in italy and i get 150-250kbps in 3,5 G
Then i am sorry my friend but is your connection the real problem !!!
