you are correct..we have been working on it for some time https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.ne...c/arm-m-liquid but this is due to the fact that when we started the project plasma mobile was still stabilizing and was not ready for even a tech preview ! Maybe you still think that is true but there is now more focus on plasma from upstream KDE and from the wider Ubuntu/Kubuntu communities so we felt that a tech preview would be ok. We will get some documentation done on how to install to a device (N900) before 10.10 is finally release so you can play around with it. Plasma Mobile rocks!!
