Well, perhaps the agreement does not say you are not allowed to rent the phone for a very long time with the option for the person that is renting to sublease the phone and so forth.

Couple other questions...

1)Does anyone have a copy of the agreement to post in this thread?

2)Does anyone have the courage to ask Nokia if it is OK to sell the phone?
