NEON theme, i love it, really good colors and excellent icons. Also please install Theme Customizer, which will let you use icons from different themes, for example I love using the icons from that harmattan icon bundles package. "Humanity" and "Hydro Carbon" are also good. But the fun is to download different icon packages and customize theme with the theme customizer ..
