i went to the nokia care point today and they told me that they think it is a hardware problem, which is why they'll have to send it to nokia directly....this is going to take about 2 weeks as they said.

also i once dropped my phone accidentally and they noticed the damage on the n9 chassis. they said nokia could deny warranty because of that, so i don't know if the phone's going to be fixed..

i'll report back when i get a message from nokia
