That was for me the #1 Con of any phone against the N900, however, in a couple of weeks, I type faster than the N900 thanks to the predictive XT9.

I'd consider to check if there is an issue with your antennas. Mine (and a couple of friends) reception is strong.

Absolutely. I really miss shortcutd that let me switch between tasks by focus-pressing the camera button.

Agree again. Just to open the keyboard, start typing and be able to call/text a contact is faster than any other method I've used. Nevertheless, I've learnt to use the find feature and I can locate a contact very fast. Also, for looking for contacts and apps as well, 'Gesture Search' has been of great help.

The worst part that stopped me to switch to Android before my N900 died. However I do not synchronize anything and I don't have a Samsung account at all.
