if you mean that the apps got uninstalled and only icons still appears , then it's easy to remove the icons if thats what you need .. to remove any con from the menu , you need "filebox" , open filebox and go to this dir: /usr/share/applications/hildon or you can copy the path and paste it in filebox .. you will see many items ends with ( .desktop ) you can search for the apps that you want to remove then just delete their files and the icons will soon disappear from the menu .. you have to notice that the name of the file sometimes will be little different from the name that appear on the menu .
