I just wonder, if it's possible mechanically - after full-press, a half-press state isn't recognized exactly the same way as half-press from no-press state?

Yes it is possible, a simple way to prove it:

Use auto-focus: the rectangle will become green or red, take the photo, if you hold the button half-pressed: it is still the same color, which mean camera-ui still detect the button as half-pressed. When you release it, it will return white.
