Seems like need to delete partitions then. first install leafpad or if you can work with vi no problem.
copy the attachment to your N900 memory.

Nokia-N900:~# umount /media/mmc1/
Nokia-N900:~# cd /home/user/MyDocs/
Nokia-N900:/home/user/MyDocs# mv partion.sh.txt partion.sh
Nokia-N900:/home/user/MyDocs# sh partion.sh
After finished
mount /dev/mmcblk1 /media/mmc1

If any error post it here so that we have a look
