Most likely they are gone with the Device and Service. MeeGo/Swipe is part of N9 and N9 is part of MS mobile anyway. But even if they are with Nokia, Nokia won't use it anyway. They want to make easy money just licencing the name and without actual development. (apart from a launcher maybe). Bringing Maemo or MeeGo or whatever Linux OS back won't even be an option to consider for them. Too much effort required.
