They answered:
"Hello again.

Please rename the backup file you wish to restore to sailfish_backup_.tar and move (if needed) it to the root directory of your SD card.

Make sure there's no other .tar files floating around.

Please make sure the filename is exactly sailfish_backup_.tar, including the underscores.

After that please retry restoring your backup in Settings/Backup."

So, the update was shown and the restore-button appeared.
First I restored the wrong backup^^ - now keep fingers crossed.
