Hey marmistrz, Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it. Well, yes I am following exact instructions what is given in that wiki page. When I plug in USB cable already holding "u" key ... a dim light appears with the Nokia logo in the middle of the screen...but the only thing which i cannot see is the usb icon on the top right of the screen. I am very much sure that my phone is not dead yet [I really hope it isn't ] I would like to hear more from you.
