for what it's worth... i have two N900s too & use one as my primary and the 2nd as a test bed; just "bricked" it (SW wise) by installing u-boot on it to start Nemo from a mSDHC, but the thing stops after the penguin & some lines guess going to reflash it to get ride of u-boot &... is ICS already baked into NITDroid?
