Its the Phone bluetooth itself. It doesn't work too well with bluetooth headset. May be its a software thing. But mine sound like a robot when i connected it to the phone. And when i press the volume button to beyond low it will switch to phone speaker then i switch it back and everything clear like it should. It sound like a software issues to me.
