Haahha.... Ah Chen.... It is no disparagement directed at your country. Here....in Canada.... There are many fake brands...poor copies... of maple syrup.... Thankfully they must be labeled so ... Since the difference in taste is the difference between ...is akin to fine wine vs motor oil. My only lament with the Chinese method of copying ... Is that usually the Chinese make a knock off cheaper and better than the original! Hell I am usually the first to order ...."...."...whatever ..from China... Just because of this fact.
