I need about two-three hours to make an icon.. depends little on how it looks. Some are available in the original package.. those times i use that. It can take about 30-60 minutes to find a suitable candidate. Also if it contained all the icons.. the download would be massive. Just the stock icon pack is about 4-5 megs.

So i prefer if people asked me instead..
