As Nokia repos are down, files posted on first post no longer works. I will try to write a step by step method to install 720p codecs from CSSU-Devel repo as the codecs are now part of new Kernel available in CSSU-Devel repo as said by Pali HERE. Lets start with the procedure.

Step 1: Enable CSSU-Devel repo in your device. Read instructions from Here.
Step 2: When done adding repo, close HAM and open Terminal and type:

wait for it to complete.
Step 3: When updating is complete type in Terminal:

wait for the installation to complete. It will show a dialog box/message in terminal, accept/allow it to successfully update kernel.
Step 4: When kernel installation is complete, Write in Terminal:

This package contains 720p codecs. Wait for the installation to complete and then reboot your device.

Voila! you have 720p codecs in your device. To confirm that codecs are installed properly, open camera and check Video settings. It should show HD resolutions.
