Viliv N5 And UMID BZ run linux, WIFI enabled. You can run the Android live CD ISO too using virtualbox. UMID has 5-6 hrs of WIFI life to boot.

What you are ideally looking for on second thoughts is the Sharp Netwalker which natively runs Ubuntu and can run Android:
