Indeed, it doesn't seem that PR1.3 has been released for that variant (PTK Centertel, Orange Poland).
You have two choices:
- wait for the release (e.g. it seems recently a Swiss variant came out)
- go for flashing, in which case I'd recommend to use the more general ROW (rest-of-world) version
