When will someone finally fix the non-free upload?

Code:
Uploading to fremantle-extras-devel-non-free (via scp to drop.maemo.org):

  returned a nonzero exit code.
Error while uploading.
I used some other package, which was already built, but it's the only way to fix broken libicu48 (because autobuilder is broken with the squeeze devkit)
