i did it today,

first use this wiki only since install openmode. Dont do the rest of the things.

After flash/reset. First allow to install other programs, go to openrepos.net and download/install N9RepoMirror.
Then install developermode if you like.
Then you have to follow this wiki

i think than most of the part is done.
