Did you install a NITDroid kernel?

If not install one but make sure you have the nitroid partition on the memory card mounted to /and then install the kernel and it will automatically configure multiboot for you.

Alternatively you could manually configure the multiboot script.
You'll find the info somewhere in The Grand NITDroid Thread, use power search..
