All the posts you have ever made here relate to this same problem. It's a hardware fault. If Nokia have told you they can't fix it then just accept that. It's dead jim. Your phone will not communicate with the SIM card. Find some other use for your beloved N900 that doesn't involve any phone or mobile data connection.
