flash with this comand ...

flasher.exe --erase-user-data=secure -f -F DFL61_HARMATTAN_30.2012.07-1.523.2_PR_LEGACY_523_ARM_RM-696_PRD_signed.bin -F DFL61_HARMATTAN_30.2012.07-1.SEAP_EMMC_SEAP.bin -R

but my n9 is just Vibra....
why.......
