It works with N9 Quick Tweaks. However, the caveat is that N9 QuickTweaks is a collection of 40+ tweaks and hacks, so its really a question of which tweaks you have enabled.

I have around 6 hacks enabled plus Home Screen Settings. FasterN9 v 0.9.3 is working fine for me.
