You don't need nothing from gitorius.

But instead:

How to make an empty adhoc network on n9:

Tap "Settings"
Tap "Internet connection"
Tap "Crate new connection"
name that connection "USB"
Tap "Network mode" and select "Ad hoc"
Tap "Save"
