It would help to give the logs of what you are doing (with no errors!). Most probably just the wrong way round? wiki.maemo.org holds all info to flash. First eMMC and then Combined. Otherwise you wipe the OS directly again. -- another question: you used plain Win10 64? Without any other drivers/libusb? That would surprise me.
