yup....
doesn't bode well...
there is only one reason to make stuff like this...

you have a bonafide right to be worried...
Be truly scared when they begin mass production...
Because then...they are cheap enough that some destroyed from people trying to defend themselves against them...that it is a negligible loss...

once it reaches Mark 13 development *...its time to consider suicide before they get you first...

* this is what you want... this is what you get ... man...

from the movie "Hardware" 1990
excellent film
Dylan McDermott (who just finished doing a similar role in Automata)
John Lynch
Iggy Pop (as Angry Bob the radio DJ)
Lemmy (God rest his soul) from Motorhead ..who is the Water taxi driver
and a few other good actors...

Music by P.I.L. and Ministry
the dobro guitar in it is perfect...
and the background music is justifiably ominous ...

Excellent film...with the Mark 13 ...an AI self repairing from virtually anything around it...multi-methods of recharging ...a learning robot that is horrifying...whose sole build- purpose is to be efficient, inventive and cunning ..in eradicating a pervasive and adaptive species (humanity)

watch that film...and the scenario is inevitable when pitted against what environmental conditions our species is forced to face...
good film...
suggest as many drugs as you have to watch this film... mike...
to cope ...
that is...
'cause if indistinguishable human-like robot voices, rover and the cute robot-man frighten you...
then Hardware WILL terrify you.
Less the film...and more what the robot's basis and efficient purpose actually represent.

or if Hardware is too much for you ...
relax and watch "Dark Star" (1974) ...
that will chill you right out man...
truly a classic that will go down in history...
