I looked at this icon, it was saved in 90x90. If you have PS, you can cut the blank edge of it, each side for 5 pixel, then will have a full size 80x80 and it wouldn't become small again.

I don't have image tool in my current laptop, you can try with any image editor, should be quite simple.
