Err probably not. This is strictly about rtl2832 DVB-T USB dongles attached to N900 via H-E-N hostmode, while osmocomBB is for calypso modem chipset afaik. N900 has a BB5 modem made by TI(?) for Nokia exclusively, and this modem has signed firmware that you can't replace by osmocomBB even if you knew about the chip's internals.
