Here is the solution: Please follow the steps EXACTLY as below: 1. Select New Connection 2. Enter Connection Name 3. Scan for available wi-fi network - select "No" if it is hidden network 4. Enter the exact SSID (if it is hidden then select Hidden checkbox) 5. Network mode: Infrastructure 6. Security method: WPA with EAP (this is what I selected for connecting to my office network) 7. EAP Type: PEAP 8. Select Certificate: None 9. EAP Method: EAP MSCHAPv2 these are most important steps::: 10. User name: ONLY ENTER User Name - no domain is required here 11. Password: enter valid password 12. Click Next and then click "Advanced" 13. Click "EAP" tab 14. Select "Use manual user name" checkbox 15. Enter "Manual user name" as username@domain --- very important. 16. Save 17. Finish You are all SET. Setps 10 to 15 are very important.
