So... if they don't push out video drivers as mandatory; problem solved.

Hardware drivers being made mandatory in as wide-ranging of an assortment of hardware as most Windows machines tend to have; not a good thing.

I dunno. If they do this wisely it could be good. Just make the security updates mandatory, leave hardware alone. Maybe you won't kill computers.

How about today? Behold... and there's other methods to block automatic updates for an operating system that's not even "out" yet...
